Fully Online Seafood reserves the right to alter the price of our seafood and products without prior notice. Prices may vary greatly due to the availability of our fish according to the daily catch. However, we will always honour the price at the point of sale.
Fully Online Seafood reserves the right to supply goods with a weight difference. Most of the fish sold by Fully Online Seafood have the scales & guts removed, the weight of seafood delivered to you will be roughly 15 to 20% less than the gross weight depending on the type of seafood. Fully Online Seafood always seek to provide the minimal weight difference upon customer's order.
Products sold by Fully Online Seafood are subjected to availability. We cannot control and ensure the amount of fishing yield as all our seafood are caught from the sea daily. A full refund will be made in the event of product unavailability.
Fully Online Seafood reserves the right to cut the fish into pieces in order to fit into the polystyrene box if any unmatching size of fish and polystyrene box occurred.
All orders are packed into polystyrene boxes for outstation customer while paper box will be used for Klang Valley customer. Polystyrene box will only be provided for Klang Valley customer upon request.
Deliveries for orders placed before 10am will be made on the SAME day (most of Klang Valley areas). Deliveries for orders placed after 10am will be made on the NEXT day.
For express delivery requests, orders shall be placed between 10am to 4pm, and deliveries will be made on the same day. Delivery fees for the appointed express delivery service (Grab/Lalamove) shall be made by the customers.
Our deliveries are carried out by our appointed third party logistic company. Delivery times are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions & other unforeseen circumstances. Please be patient as these conditions are out of the control of the appointed third party logistic company.
Fully Online Seafood reserves the right to deliver only to the shipping address. In the event of delivery failure due to customer’s unavailability, 2nd attempt delivery will be made on the next delivery day scheduled for the week. Failure to receive the delivery on 2nd attempt, Fully Online Seafood reserve the right not to refund the money, and goods shall not be retrievable.
Products sold are guaranteed to be fresh upon delivery. If there are any quality issue with the delivered product, please provide photos of the said item together with the packaging box and send it to us within 24 hours prior product delivered. A 1 to 1 exchange or refund will be carried out once the product is proven to be defective. Fully Online Seafood reserve the right to research original purchase, limit and decline a refund.
For Klang Valley customer, a delivery fee of RM20 will be imposed if purchased amount is less than RM200 and for customer out of Klang Valley a delivery fee of RM30 will be imposed regardless of purchased amount.
We do provide self-collect service at our Fully Online Seafood store.
